This author has an obvious bent toward any kind of "unofficial" version of the terrible events of that night. She gets bogged down in a number of details that in reality don't change the overall gist of the horror: that students who had sequestered buses in order to go to Mexico City were massacred in Iguala by a combination of cartel sicarios and municipal police, and their bodies burned in the Cocula dump. The notion that this was some State-sanctioned act is foolish; the trail of corruption does lead from the director of the school in Ayoztinapa to a dubious student "leader" to individuals high up in the Mexican security forces that eventually investigated the crime. Some of the so-called independent investigators didn't spend enough time at any of the crime scenes to form a valid opinion and their "conclusions" were politically motivated. The book "La noche de Iguala" by Jorge Fernández Meléndez gives a much clearer, reasoned picture of the crime. Try it.
Impresionante investigación.... muy bien armada que casi se siente como novela policiaca donde podríamos confundirnos con que la autora podría haberlo hecho más "digerible" para el lector común.Uno no puede soltar el libro pasado el segundo capítulo, la trama se espesa y las preguntas necesitan respuestas.100% recomendable, sobre todo los capítulos 5, 6 y 12.El libro te rompe el corazón, en un párrafo se deshace.
Es un buen trabajo de investigación, pero por lo mismo la cantidad de nombres en algunos momentos hacen la lectura un poco pesada.Los testimonios inducidos de los "testigos", también por momentos son confusos y creo podrÃan ser menos extensos, sin quitar importancia .En resumen: es un buen libro que puede quedar como referente de consulta, pero que por momentos es tedioso y repetitivo sobremanera.
Como que le falta el final a esta tragica historia. Falta por saber que le pasara a todos los corruptos y violadores oficiales de la PGR y del gobierno como Zeron y Murillo. Tambien acomodar mas bien la cronologia de los hechos en el recuento de la historia.
Esta muy bueno este libro de Anabel Hernandez. Expone la corrupción que existe en todos los niveles del Gobierno. Muy triste saber que los verdaderos culpables estan libres y personas inocentes fueron torturads y privadas de su libertad.
Este libro me abrio los ojos a lo que realmente sucedio en esa terrible noche. Le recomiendo este libro a todos.
Este es un libro que contiene una investigación muy profunda y detallada sobre lo que ocurrió esa noche y que el gobierno mexicano trata de esconder.
